This cPanel Reseller Hosting Agreement is an addendum to the Get Hosting UK primary Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Nature of the Relationship
You are an independent business. This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency or franchise relationship between you and Get Hosting UK.
Our reseller packages are white-label. We provide server infrastructure and WHM access hosted in UK datacentres, allowing you to operate under your own brand.
2. Support Obligations
You are solely responsible for providing technical, billing and general support to your end-users. Get Hosting UK will not communicate directly with your clients.
Get Hosting UK provides second-line infrastructure and server-level support to you as the reseller.
3. End-User Compliance and Liability
You are responsible for the actions, content and conduct of your end-users. You must ensure they follow terms and acceptable use policies at least as strict as ours.
If an end-user violates the AUP, Get Hosting UK may suspend the offending individual cPanel account or the master reseller account if abuse is not resolved.
4. Resource Allocation and System Limits
Depending on your reseller plan, overselling may be permitted, but you remain restricted by the physical limits of your package.
Individual cPanel accounts are subject to shared hosting CPU, RAM, inode and disk I/O limits.
5. Billing and Financial Responsibility
You are responsible for paying Get Hosting UK for your master reseller plan, regardless of whether your end-users have paid you.
Billing disputes, chargebacks or refund requests from your end-users must be handled by you.
6. Backups and Data Security
While Get Hosting UK may maintain internal backups for disaster recovery, you are responsible for ensuring your end-users’ data is backed up.
We recommend remote backups through WHM or a suitable off-site backup solution.
7. IP Address Allocation
Dedicated IP requests must include valid technical justification. We may deny requests if justification is insufficient.
You are responsible for maintaining the reputation of IP addresses assigned to your reseller account.
8. Termination and Migration
Upon cancellation, all end-user accounts inside your WHM panel may be permanently deleted. You are responsible for migrating end-users away before termination.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Get Hosting UK, its directors and datacentre partners from claims brought by your end-users arising from services you resell.
