  • Technical Data: IP addresses, login data, browser type, time zone setting, device data and related diagnostic information.
  • Service Data: communications with our support team, server logs, account preferences and service history.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to create and manage your account, deliver hosting services, process payments, register domains, provide technical support, secure our platform, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and improve our services.

3. How We Store Your Data

Your personal data is stored securely using encrypted systems and strict access controls. Our services are positioned around UK-sovereign infrastructure and datacentre locations including London, Manchester, Maidenhead, Ipswich and Portsmouth. We apply technical and organisational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.

4. Who We Share Your Data With

We never sell your data. We only share data with trusted third parties where necessary to deliver services or meet legal obligations:

  • Domain Registrars: such as Nominet for .uk domains, or registrar partners such as Enom/OpenSRS, to register domains in your name.
  • Payment Processors: such as Stripe or PayPal, to process subscription payments securely.
  • Software Partners: such as cPanel, for licensing verification and platform operation.
  • Law Enforcement: where legally compelled by UK authorities or where we need to report criminal activity.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain accurate business records. Basic billing records may be retained for up to 6 years to comply with HMRC tax and accounting requirements.

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you hold specific rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
